Components supplied under the "NOC Components" brand — operated by Poligrafica S.r.l. under licence from the respective rights holders — are non-original with respect to the original equipment manufacturer's parts and are not certified by it.
They are intended exclusively for maintenance, repair, prototyping or non-critical replacement applications, excluding any use as a safety-critical element in plants or machinery.
By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and accepts this limitation, and indemnifies NOC Components / Poligrafica S.r.l. from any liability for damage arising from improper use.
