Polycarbonate

01 PA

Polyamide / Nylon (PA6.66)

Engineering nylon with high mechanical strength against wear and friction. For gears, bushings and moving parts.

Polyamide 12

Less hygroscopic polyamide variant; retains mechanical properties even in humid environments.

03 HIPS

High-impact polystyrene

Lightweight, low-cost thermoplastic with good impact resistance. Often used in prototypes and non-structural parts.

04 PP

Polypropylene

Excellent chemical resistance and low water absorption. For containers, plant parts and components in contact with fluids.

05 PPS

Polyphenylene sulfide

High-performance polymer with superior thermal, chemical and dimensional resistance. For demanding industrial applications.

06 PC-ABS

Polycarbonate + ABS blend

Combines the impact resistance of ABS with the stiffness of PC. Widely used in automotive and industrial applications.

07 PC-PBT

Polycarbonate + PBT blend

Chemical resistance of PBT combined with the toughness of PC. Excellent for technical parts exposed to oils, fuels and solvents.

Carbon-fiber PETG

Higher stiffness than standard PETG. Dimensional stability and matte technical finish.

02 PET-CF

Carbon-fiber PET

Good chemical and dimensional resistance. Excellent mechanical performance with contained weight.

03 ASA-CF

Carbon-fiber ASA

Reinforced ASA with higher structural stiffness. UV resistant for outdoor applications.

04 PA-CF

Carbon-fiber polyamide

Reinforced nylon for tough, lightweight mechanical parts with good wear behaviour.

A trade-off between fibre stiffness and low PA12 hygroscopy. Stable even in humid environments.
