No 3D file?
We'll handle the design.
Photo, broken part, hand sketch or just a description of the problem: whatever you have is enough. We design the component in CAD, ship you a physical sample for approval, and only after your green light we move to production.
Whatever you have is enough.
No need to be a designer, no need for technical drawings, no need for the CAD file. The most common starting point on our jobs is one of these three.
A photo
Even a phone snapshot works. We just need a clear view and a size reference (a ruler, a coin, a hand-written dimension).
The physical part
Whole or broken, original or worn out. We measure it, scan it and rebuild it in CAD.
A drawing or a description
Hand sketch, paper technical drawing, photo of a drawing, or even just a description of the problem you need to solve.
From the problem
to the finished part.
Four clear steps. No surprises, no batch production without your sample approval.
Problem briefing
You send us what you have. We figure out what the part is for, how and where it's used, what loads and conditions it needs to handle. Within 24 hours we tell you if it's feasible and send you a quote with design hours and lead time.
CAD design
We model the component in 3D, verify critical dimensions, optimize geometry for additive manufacturing (DfAM). For spare parts we do reverse engineering starting from the physical part.
Physical sample
We print a sample of the component in the chosen polymer and ship it to you. You test it on your machine, in your application, in real conditions. If it works, we move to production.
Final production
Only after your sample approval do we produce the final batch. You can order a single piece, a small batch, or reorder the same component over time: the CAD file stays yours.
Four families
of typical jobs.
Spare parts no longer available
Aging machinery, classic cars and motorcycles, industrial plants with out-of-production components: we rebuild the original part starting from the broken one or from a photo.
Custom components for machinery
Parts designed for your specific application, where the catalog product doesn't exist or isn't enough: mounts, fittings, guides, terminals, housings.
Functional prototypes
From concept to testable sample, in real technical polymer (not prototyping resin). To validate your idea before investing in injection molding.
Modifications to existing parts
Got a part that works but want to change a detail (a hole, a seat, a dimension)? We start from the existing component and produce the variant.
How much design costs.
Design is billed on estimated hours, agreed before we start. No fixed price list, no surprises: we quote it in the proposal together with the part price, and you decide whether to proceed.
Price before we start
We estimate the design hours and quote them in the proposal, before any work begins. No surprises.
Included revisions
An agreed number of design revisions is included in the price. We define it together based on component complexity.
Extra changes quoted upfront
If you need changes beyond the included revisions, we quote them separately before doing them. You decide whether to proceed.
Sample approved by you
The physical sample is the moment of truth: you test it in your application. Once approved, we produce. No batch production without your green light.
Send us a photo
or a sketch.
We'll tell you if it's feasible within 24 working hours and send you a quote with design hours, recommended material and lead time.
