White ASA pool profiles and flanges: outdoor durability with a visible finish
A pool with custom profiles and flanges, no longer in production, to be remade while keeping both outdoor durability and the look of a white finish. We rebuilt 11 parts in white ASA and delivered them to the site in about a week.

The problem: visible profiles you can no longer find
A pool is not just pipes and pumps hidden underground. There are also the profiles, edges and finishes you can see: the white parts that frame the basin, close off the edges and join the lining to the rest of the structure. These components have to do two things at once: withstand sun, rain and chlorine for years, and at the same time stay good-looking, because they are in full view.
The customer had some of these profiles and flanges damaged or missing, but they were custom parts no longer in production: no catalogue listed them anymore, and standard spares did not match the pool. Replacing everything would have been a huge, expensive job. Instead, what was needed was to recreate just those few parts, identical to the originals, both in dimensions and in the white colour of the finish.
The solution: custom rebuild in white ASA
We rebuilt the parts to measure starting from the pool's specific design, reproducing them identical to the originals. For printing we chose white ASA, a material made precisely for outdoor use: it resists sunlight and weather without yellowing or becoming brittle over time. The white is not a surface coating but the colour of the material itself, so the finish stays uniform and in keeping with the rest of the pool.
In total we produced 11 parts: 4 bottom flanges, 4 profiles and 3 visible trim tiles. Each component was dimensioned on the real case, so that it fit perfectly in place of the old one with no on-site adjustments or touch-ups.
Survey and dimension rebuild
We started from the original parts and the pool design to rebuild the exact dimensions of the profiles, flanges and trim tiles, so they would match without modifications.
Choosing white ASA
We chose white ASA to combine resistance to sun and rain with a colour that keeps the look of the visible finish, with no need to paint.
Printing, checking and on-site delivery
We printed the 11 parts, checked dimensions and finish one by one, and delivered them straight to the site, ready to install.
Timing
The work took place between February and April 2026: first the profiles and trim tiles, then the bottom flanges. From the go-ahead on the parts, each group of components arrived ready on site in about a week, without the long lead times typical of custom spares ordered abroad.
The impact
- 11 visible parts rebuilt to measure, identical to the discontinued originals.
- Uniform white finish, in keeping with the rest of the pool, with no paintwork to redo over time.
- ASA material resistant to sun, rain and chlorine, designed to stay outdoors for years.
- Delivery to the site in about a week, avoiding the need to redo the entire structure.
Here it wasn't enough for the part to work: it also had to stay good-looking. With white ASA we combined both, outdoor durability and a clean finish, and the customer didn't have to touch the rest of the pool.
Frequently asked questions
Why use white ASA and not another material?
Because ASA is made for outdoor use: it resists sun, rain and chlorine without yellowing or becoming brittle. And since the white is the colour of the material itself, the finish stays clean and uniform with no need to paint.
Will the parts look different from the originals?
No. We rebuild them on the design's dimensions and in the same white, so they fit in place of the old ones and stay in keeping with the rest of the pool.
Can you also remake just a few parts, without large minimum orders?
Yes. In this case we produced only the 11 parts that were actually needed. We can also make small, custom quantities, with no need to order whole batches.
Do you have pool profiles or flanges to remake?
If you have visible edges, profiles or flanges that are damaged or out of production, we can rebuild them to measure in white ASA, weather resistant and in keeping with your pool. Send us the measurements or a photo and we'll tell you how to proceed.
