The go-to supplier for custom pool spare parts
Skimmers, flanges in several sizes and bottom drains: different orders across a full year, always from the same customer, always delivered on site in about a week.
Anonymized at the customer's request
Spare parts you can't find anymore, needed again and again
Anyone working with pools knows it well: sooner or later you need a part that no longer exists. A skimmer from a discontinued model, a flange in a size no catalogue lists anymore, a bottom drain from a system that is years old. They are small but essential components: without them the system won't restart, and the job site stays idle.
Our customer didn't have a single part to solve, but a problem that kept coming back. Different systems, different brands, different sizes: every time another unavailable spare part to bring back into service. Buying the whole new assembly, when still available, meant spending a lot to replace one detail. And often the original part simply could not be found anywhere.
A single supplier to come back to every time
We tackled the first order the way we tackle every spare part: measurements in hand, the part rebuilt on the computer, 3D printed in a technical polymer suited to the application, using ASA for parts exposed to water and sun as is our standard practice. The first batch of bottom drains reached the job site in about a week and fitted without adjustments.
From there, it became more than a single repair. Order after order, the customer came back for custom skimmers, small, medium and large flanges, and more bottom drains. Every drawing we made stayed archived and ready to reorder: the second time a part is needed, a confirmation is enough and we print it. That is how NOC became the steady supplier for made-to-measure parts, not an occasional one.
From the broken part to the drawing
For each spare part we start from the measurements of the original component, or what's left of it, and rebuild it on the computer until we reproduce it faithfully.
Print and delivery in about a week
We print in the material suited to the application and ship straight to the job site, usually within a week of confirmation.
Archived file, ready to reorder
Every drawing stays saved: when the same part is needed again, we reprint it without starting over.
A year of orders, always the same pace
From the first batch of curved bottom drains in May 2025 to the custom skimmers and flanges in several sizes between January and April 2026, seven separate orders followed one another for around twenty parts in total: each time the spare part was reproduced and delivered on site in about a week, keeping the same reliable pace throughout the year.
What changed for the customer
- A single reference supplier for all made-to-measure parts, instead of searching from scratch every time.
- Every unavailable part brought back into service, even when the original was out of production.
- Delivery on site in about a week per order, throughout the whole year.
- Archived, reorderable files: parts already made become available again with a simple confirmation.
We don't just solve one part: we become the steady supplier the customer comes back to whenever they need a made-to-measure spare.
Frequently asked questions
Can you reproduce a part even if I no longer have the whole original?
Yes. We can work from a broken part, from fragments or from measurements alone: we rebuild the component on the computer until we reproduce it faithfully.
If I need the same part again, do I have to start over?
No. Once drawn, the file stays archived: to reorder the same part a confirmation is enough and we reprint it.
How long does it take to get a spare part on site?
Usually about a week from confirmation, shipping to the job site included, as it was for all of this customer's orders.
Got a pool spare part you can't find anymore?
Send us the measurements or a photo of the part: we reproduce it to measure and deliver it on site, ready to fit. And next time a confirmation is all it takes.
